Online Registration and Fee
All participants to ICCESEN-2016 must register using online system and upload abstract using easychair system.
In order to complete your registration, you should pay registration fee detailed below:

- The entrance for all sessions,
- Accommodation in standard room (2 people in one room) for 5 night
- Ultra All Inclusive hotel concept
- All coffee breaks,
- Conference materials, Congress Bag (abstract book, note book, pen gift etc).
- Publication of fulltext paper in journals
- Welcome Cocktail
- Turkish Nights
- Gala dinner
- If someone prefers a single room extra € 30 (per night) will be charged.
- If someone prefers extra night(s) (more than 5 nights) extra € 70 (per night) for standard room will be charged.
- If someone prefers NOT to accommodate at the hotel for some night(s) OR throughout the conference, A discount of € 25 (per night) from the total fee (shown in table) will be applied
- 0-6 years old children are FREE (with parents) and %50 discount will be applied for 6-12 years old children.
- Refund request is NOT accepted after 20 June 2016
